September Home & Visiting Teaching

Fall is in the air and this gift is wearing all the right colors!  A small bag of delicious peach rings (the best tasting around!) is tucked in a cute little pouch along with a "Peach Delight" recipe card and, of course, the message from the September Ensign.

Let your sisters know they're "just peachy" with this darling gift that is ready to give!

The September Home Teaching message is a must read!  The title is, "First Love, Then What?" by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

We've packaged some of our favorite tootsie roll flavors - mango and green apple - in a brown paper sack (with a detailed top) and added a ribbon and tag so your gift is ready to go!  Enjoy visiting this month!

August Home and Visiting Teaching

"Families CAN be together forever" - is the message displayed on our darling Home Teaching Gift this August.

We have made a darling wrap to go around a can of Pringles potato chips.  The message from the Ensign (written by President Henry B. Eyring entitled "The Hope of Eternal Family Love") is included.  A perfect gift to take to your home teaching families!

Summer is on its way out, which brings everything "back to school" themed - notebooks included!  The August Visiting Teaching message is about "nurturing families" and we loved how the message pointed out that "one of the best ways to invite love and harmony into our homes is by speaking kindly to our family members."

We decided to create a "family journal" notebook - in hopes that it can be left out for everyone in the family to see and use often.  Grab it anytime, write down something nice  about your child, spouse, or siblings.

Read the journal often to uplift yourself and each other!  Comes with a laffy taffy candy as well as the full message from the Ensign.

December Home & Visiting Teaching

Visiting Teaching:

The visiting teaching gift for December is sure to be a favorite!  All year long, the messages from the Ensign have focused on "The Divine Attributes of Jesus Christ," so we have taken all of those attributes from the whole year and made a beautiful print, which we've used to "wrap" up the treat and message.

The black chalkboard print includes words like; divine, kind, compassionate, full of glory, merciful, obedient, patient, virtuous, forgiving, etc - and wraps around 1/4 pound of chocolate covered cinnamon bears.  A darling tag ties it all together that reads, "Wrap yourself up in Christlike qualities for a Very Merry Christmas"

Home Teaching:

The message from the Ensign this December is written by the Prophet, President Thomas S. Monson.  It is entitled, "Make Time for the Savior."  What a great topic for this time of year!

We've packaged a delicious box of gourmet candy cane sticks, along with the message itself and a tag that reads, "Make TIME for the Savior (and your loved ones) this season."  The tag is designed to look like a clock!  We hope you enjoy your gift giving and home teaching assignments this month!

December Visiting and Home teaching gifts

The title of the official December's Visiting Teaching message from the Ensign is "The Divine Mission of Jesus Christ: Prince of Peace." We have included the full message from the Ensign, a 3"x4" print of Mary holding baby Jesus
(painting by Simon Dewey), and a Dove milk chocolate bar.

Wrapped in a chocolate brown gift sack, a tag with a graphic of a dove on it, and a tag that reads, "Celebrate the Prince of Peace this Christmas Season" - this gift will be just right for the sisters you visit teach.

The December Home Teaching message is entitled, "Fill the World with Christ's Love." In the message, President Uchtdorf tells a story about a family in need one Christmas. When asked what the children would like, the girls replied a stuffed animal or a doll, and the hungry little boy just wanted a bowl of oatmeal.
The message goes on to remind us that sometimes a humble gift or giving of our love is most important. We have wrapped up a canister of oatmeal, included the message along with a tag. We hope your families will enjoy!
